TAKT8 is an independent consulting venture focused on process improvement and operational optimization, founded by Boitumelo Mopelong.
Boitumelo is a Quality Assurance Specialist and certified ISO Lead Auditor with more than 11 years of experience in South African financial services, with expertise across ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and a completed ISO 27001/27002 certification.
The templates here come from the problems that come up again and again in real audits and process reviews: findings that never get closed, SOPs nobody follows, reviews that produce minutes but no decisions. Each tool is built to fix one of those problems in a practical way.
