Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

TAKT8 ("we", "us") is a South African consulting business that sells digital templates and tools. Contact: info@takt8.co.za.

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital files (Excel and Word templates). You receive a download link by email after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered electronically by email, usually within one business day of payment being confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically. If you have not received your files, contact us.

3a. Prices and payment

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.

4. Licence

Each purchase licenses use within one organisation, for internal business use.
You may edit the templates and add your own branding.
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or upload the files, original or modified, to any site or marketplace.
Consultants who wish to use the templates with clients must contact us for a licence.

5. Intellectual property

The templates remain the property of TAKT8. Your own content and data entered into them remain yours.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

The templates are general tools. They do not constitute legal, regulatory or certification advice and do not guarantee compliance, certification or audit outcomes. ISO standards are copyright of ISO; clause references and wording in our templates are our own summaries for identification. Obtain the standards from ISO or SABS. TAKT8 is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISO, IEC or SABS.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and the products from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
