• Order details (product, amount, PayFast payment reference).
• The content of messages you send us, including by WhatsApp (your phone number and the messages in the chat).

Card and bank details are handled by PayFast. They are not collected or stored by us.

Why we use it

• To process your order and deliver your files.
• To reply to your questions and give support.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law.

We will only send you marketing with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: PayFast (payments), our email provider, WhatsApp (messaging), and Netlify (website hosting and contact form). We do not sell your information.

Cookies and fonts

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when you view a page.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping requirements.
